Spring water comes from a natural source and contains naturally occurring minerals. Filtered water is usually tap water that has passed through a filtration system.

How does the bottle swap work?

We deliver full bottles and collect your empty bottles for cleaning and reuse. Leave the empties outside with their caps on before your scheduled delivery.

Can I order for my office and home?

Yes. You can place separate orders or subscriptions for different addresses, such as your home and workplace.

What are your Gold Coast delivery days and order cut-off times?

We deliver across the Gold Coast from Tuesday to Friday. For one-off orders, place your order by 6pm on the day before your scheduled delivery. Subscription customers can update their next delivery in their account before payment is processed. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the same delivery day the following week.

How does the bottle swap work and how should I care for the bottles?

On delivery day, place your empty bottles outside with the caps on, ideally in a shaded area. If shade is not available all day, cover the bottles with an old towel to protect them from heat.

The bottles are reusable and returnable, so please keep them clean and protected between deliveries.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

You do not need to be home for a standard bottle swap. Leave your empty bottles outside in a shaded spot with the caps on, and our driver can replace them with full bottles.

What if I need water urgently?

If you run out of water between deliveries, visit our 24/7 refill station at 8 Ramly Drive, Burleigh Heads.

We deliver to Gold Coast and nearby suburbs on set days. Your delivery day depends on your suburb:

  • Wednesday: Arundel, Ashmore, Biggera Waters, Helensvale, Labrador, Nerang, Pacific Pines, Paradise Point, Runaway Bay, Southport and surrounding suburbs.
  • Thursday: Benowa, Broadbeach, Bundall, Carrara, Mermaid Beach, Robina, Surfers Paradise, Tallai, Worongary and nearby suburbs.

Delivery days are assigned by postcode and suburb. Some postcodes cover more than one delivery day, so check your suburb before ordering.
