Cancellation policy

You can skip, pause, change or cancel your Alkasprings subscription at any time before your next payment is processed. There is no minimum subscription term.

Manage your subscription through your account at alkasprings.au/account. If you need help, email hello@alkasprings.au or call 1300 373 777.

Cancelling stops future subscription payments and deliveries. If a payment has already been processed, please contact us promptly about that order. We’ll handle any refund request in line with our Terms of Service and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our delivery bottles remain Alkasprings property. If you stop deliveries, contact us to arrange free collection of the empty bottles.
